Customer Service Representative (CSR)/ Dispatcher

• Will communicate directly with customers and will serve as the first impression of the company
• Must be positive, detail-oriented, and motivated
• Must have exceptional customer service skills and strong organizational skills
• Dependability and punctuality are must-haves
• Tech-savvy and fluent in all Microsoft Office products is ideal
• Knowledge of the HVAC field is a plus but not required — we can teach you about the field!
• Hourly pay between $13 to $17 per hour depending on experience
