Job Summary: Are you a people-person with a knack for sales and a passion for HVAC? JM Mechanical is on the hunt for a Residential Comfort Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this commission-based role, you’ll be the face of our company, helping homeowners in our community discover the perfect HVAC solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Champion: Conduct in-home consultations to understand and assess customers' HVAC needs and preferences.
- Product Guru:Present and explain JM Mechanical’s HVAC products, services, and financing options in a way that’s easy for anyone to understand.
- Trend Tracker: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest HVAC systems, products, and industry trends.
- Lead Generator: Use your networking skills to generate leads through referrals, marketing campaigns, and community connections.
- Relationship Builder: Follow up with leads and customers to cultivate lasting relationships and trust.
- Proposal Pro: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, estimates, and contracts.
- Target Smasher: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets like a pro.
- Team Collaborator: Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
- Continuous Learner: Attend training sessions and sales meetings to hone your product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Detail Oriented: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HVAC or sales is a plus.
